The Oriflame Business case only £15

The first step - Showing the Catalogue.

Many Oriflame Consultants say that that “the catalogue sells for them” as everything is there in it if they want to know about a product.

 This is good for some as they might need to feel comfortable knowing about the products before starting off. All you need to do is show the catalogue to your friends, neighbours and colleagues, let them look through the catalogue and ask, if they would like to order some products from them.

 It is good at this point to have looked through the catalogue and tried a few of the products yourself before you go around to show people the catalogue, as this way you can recommend items as you now have experience of using it yourself.

You may also want to speak to your Manager regarding products and ask them to help you with Ideas and recommendations for displaying.

People appreciate this way as it is an easy, personal way to shop.

Increasing your orders 

Take it further by choosing to delivery catalogues around your neighbourhood, introduce yourself as an Oriflame representative (this helps) people buy from people.

Select the area you feel comfortable, try not to judge houses as the first two drop might not bring in many as you are new to the people.

The second step - Doing a demonstration

Like the first step you can use the information provided on the Catalogue to create your own presentation/ demonstration, focus on some products that you enjoy using and a few that you think your group will enjoy and talk about them.

A demonstration can take around 1-2 hours or so, this also depends on if you wanting to offer facials for your clients or how you wish to run them.

Actively questioning your group can help you direct where you are wanting the demonstration to go to lead on to topic you wish to bring up.

Training can be arranged through your manager, please see them for more details. Your manager can train you on how to perform a professional facial and how to organize a presentation.

Let’s say you have 15 people who each place an order for 3-4 products each.

Totaling £20 per person

Total overall you have collected is £300

You earn 30% of the order value as the amount is above £110 = your profit

Your earning is then £ 90

You only pay £210 to Oriflame, for the products.

 The Third Step - Building YOUR Team

The Business you will be building will be yours, not Oriflame's.

Building a team can be a relatively straight forward process or it can be complicated itis your choice.

You should notify your upline manager as they can be your best help at starting and wnat to see you succeed with recruiting. You must also be aware that everyone is different and will join for different reasons.

I.E:

Enjoys the Products,

Wants to make Money or simply

being free of a Job or Boss

Once your manager is aware that this is what you want to do they are in a better position and can help with such things as: catalogues, information, assistance or guidence.

They could also help provide you with leads (poeple who are interested in products or the Oriflame opportunity in your particular area area,

Once you have your first recruits signed up they need to make themselves active by placing their first order, otherwise they will only be a signed for and will not register as a consultant.

Select individuals that want to succeed as you cannot manage everyone and you need the help of others to do so. 

In our industry Oriflame's commission plan is second to none as is our products.

Please refer to the Oriflame Success Plan for what Oriflame can offer you in commission per level achieved. Oriflame offer you commission for the sales generated from your group. this does not count what your team earned for themselves so calculate whatever the sales is from your group minus the commission that they have earned for their orders. You are now left with what Oriflame receive for the products that have been sold and now you receive a commission from Oriflame for the sales that has been received.
