If you are ordering On-line, the option is there before your order is finalised, to order catalogues for this or next month, make sure you select the correct one, as they have catalogues for Ireland only, plus next months catalogue, which if you placed an order before the middle of the month there is a possibility you may not receive and will have to re-order them when they have.

Catalogue Postings

We do not recommended - that you order hundreds of catalogues and post them through doors in the neighborhood. Whilst you can get orders the possibilities of receiving a good response is not very high, rather use your old Catalogues for this purpose. It does not matter that it will not be the current catalogue, this can generate interest and then the person who is interested, will ask for an order, or a current Catalogue.

If there isn't any interest then you haven't lost anything.

How much are the delivery costs?

£2.25 for an order value of £50,
£3.95 for an order value up to £105
£3.45 for orders over £105
Any orders over £250 are free!

Next Day Delivery, type in order code 240 . There is an extra charge of £4.00, to your order cost showing Delivery. Your order will then be delivered the next working day.

How long does it take for my order to arrive?

Approximately 5 to 7 days

Oriflame is best sold,   when it is introduced to new people, person to person. If they have used the product already, current customers.

Give some samples to people who might be interested but aren't sure, let them try and see for themselves. You will usually end up getting orders when the samples have been tested.

When Starting off, you can introduce Oriflame products to your family, close friends and people around you. Make use of the products yourself and tell your potential customers why you like certain products, refer to your catalogue or website for further information.

  • Ask your family and friends who they know who might be interested. If you have a customer or potential client who isn't very interested ask them if they know someone who is, give them some samples, you never know they might end up bringing you a Diamond.
  • Although your sales may start slowly, if you concentrate on selling skincare products, helping people to succeed with their business in your group or both, your sales and income will grow and become steady.

Hosting Oriflame Parties

Will I have to place an order every catalogue?

No you do not, however some, if not all your customers do or will be expecting to see a new catalogue. If they know you are reliable they will then would be more likely to buy regularly from you.
Also, if you don’t sell you could be losing out on money that you could be earning.

If you do not place an order for 12 consecutive months you will then cease to be a consultant and will need to re-register.

Can I still join if I only want to order for myself and family?

Yes, Many of our consultants have become very successful by taking a few catalogues to work or around family and friends.

Initially though, work colleagues may show little interest at first, but soon however they will begin to notice, either from the samples you provide them, or your different appearance, if you use the products on a regular basis as you are advertising at the same time as looking or feeling great. Sales will be the result and with the passage of time, sales will grow and grow on a regular basis.

Success is what happens when you look good and feel great in what you do and is depending on the person a byproduct of EFFORT.
With a little effort over time you can be very successful if you are commited to being Paitent and focused
Is there a minimum order to place?

There is not, however you will not receive any discount if you only place a single order for less than £50 and will need to pay for delivery costs. If you place orders with a total value of more than £50 during a single catalogue you will receive your discounts and FREE gift if your order qualifies.

How much money could I make?

You set your limit on how much you want to earn. Remember nothing is earned or gained without effort. This is your business, you have the support of your Manager, your Regional Manager and Oriflame Head Office, use them to your best advantage they are there to HELP YOU.

The rewards are there for you! Decide when and how many hours you want to spend.
7 hours a week is more than enough for some, for others 7 hours is not enough, as they have goals and want to achieve and they want to succeed quickly.

How do I earn the money from orders?

You Show the catalogues, you place orders for customers, then you receive and deliver your products, collect money from the customer, pay your invoice from Oriflame and the money left in your hand is yours.

If your total order (at customer price):

  • is £50 or less then you earn no commission
  • Is between £50 - £109 you earn 0.23p per £1.00 (23%)
  • is more than £110 you earn 0.30p per £1.00 pound (30%) and you receive a free product.

If you sell at least £110+ in each of your first 3 catalogues you will receive a free welcome program product for each catalogue plus your free Product for your order being over £110.

Currently the total retail value of these 3 free products is £53.

Helpful tip - Extra profit can be made by buying special low priced products when you place your order and these can be sold on at full price.

You can also make a profit by purchasing a demonstration product each catalogue which the company chooses at a steeply discounted price so that you can have a preview or use to promote and show your clients.

How do I pay for my products that I have ordered?

Your invoice and a giro will be included in the box of products you receive by courier.

  • You can pay by posting the Giro in an envelope with your cheque stapled to the tear off Giro section of the invoice.
  • A Direct debit can be setup to your account.
  • You can call the Oriflame Customer services - 08452302255 or Oriflame Order line 08452302266 and pay by credit or debit card.
  • You can also pay at your bank or post office - some banks and post office will charge for this service though.

Can customers pay by Credit/Debit card or other method of payment?

Yes, it all depends on what access the customer has or what methods of payment they feel comfortable with.

Always check first with your customer(s) what methods of payments they are able to do, or feel comfortable with.

If the customer is happy with Credit/ Debit cards and providing their details, Oriflame require the 16 numbers on the front (the long number on the card) and the Expiry date. That is all.

You then call Oriflame on 08452302255 or 08452302266

and  submit the details to pay the amount that the customer owes and your consultant ID. They will have a reference or Authorisation number for you and the transaction will show up on the customers statement.

If the customer wants to pay themselves, rather provide them with only your Account name - Account number + Sort code and Bank name, for fund transfers. Check that this has been done before posting or handing over of products.

A Cheque is usually the easiest for the customer, you can order the products before or after the funds clear, it is your choice depending on how well you know the customer who is ordering, (Oriflame offer a 3 month return policy on products) you can return them for a full refund if they do not want them see (Filling out a Return form).

If you aren't familiar with your customer, have them "guarantee" the Cheque for you.

This is done by having the customer write on the back of the cheque. The 16 digit card number and the customer’s home address.

If you are posting, remember to include the postage charge in the total cost for the customer.

Another alternative is Paypal Payments.

Will I get my own website?

Yes, there is one the for you to setup for your business use, the website is also capable of receiving local orders and inquiries from people who are interested in joining your team in Oriflame as a Consultant or wanting to grow as a Manager in your Group.

If you would like to make your own Website.

Speak with your Manager or Regional mangers regarding this as they will (or might know in some cases) useful websites to help you out.
