To be a Senior Consultant, you will need to have a group sales of £400 in one catalogue (between youself and your team) and 4 of your team members must be Active Consultants that you have sponsored using your consultant ID.

An ACTIVE CONSULTANT is a person who has registered with Oriflame as a consultant and has placed their first order.

How much do I need to get commission on my personal orders?

- For personal commission you need an order of £50+ to get 23% commission or an order of £110 or more to get 30% commission .

There is more MONEY TO BE EARNED if you choose to become an Oriflame Manager, you earn through commission based on the sales Oriflame receive.

Would You like an extra £100 or more /month, or better yet in a week?

- You earn based on that sales created by your Consultants when their commission is taken off.

When you calculate your earnings from your group refer to our success plan for the percentages you receive for your level.

With direct consultants you then "subtract" commission earned depending on order value (ie: 23% or 30%).

You then earn 9% of that order value.

  
E.G:

20 People order £10 each = £200 

On this £200 order you get 30% of that = £60 pounds (Personal Commission).

If you are a Senior Consultant and each of your 5 Consultants did a £200 order, you end up with an £1000 pounds in your group's sales.

You would then subtract what they earned each = 30% - £200 = £140, this is what we can then calculate your commission on.

 
£1000 Group Sales (4 people in your team each with a £200 order + your order of £200)

£1000 - 5% (commission earned for Senior Consultant) = £50

therefore, plus the £60 your made personally

YOUR TOTAL EARNINGS WOULD BE = £102.00!!! for that Catalogue.

On top of that you are getting free products with Orders £75+ and for First time Joiners the Welcome program if orders of £110+ orders for the first three months you get an extra free gift.

What comes after Senoir Consultant?
 

The First Full Manager Level is "Group Manager"

This means that you have achieved a group of 10 Consultants and a total of £1000 Retail sales in your group.

If I become a Groups Manager what more do you get?
 

As a GROUP MANAGER you will then be able to earn on your Direct & Indirect Consultants

Direct consultants - 9% commission on sales

Indirect consultants you will earn - 4.5% commission on sales

(an "Active Consultant" - means that your consultant has placed their first order with Oriflame).

Groups that get promoted out (ie: someone in your group becomes Group Manager - 6% on the whole Group sales, Plus you get a Bonus of £350* Cheque for helping someone to get there and the person you promoted gets £175* Cheque.

Being at Group Manager and above will also give you a better chance, when entering competitions for the Trips to whatever EXOTIC or LOCAL, "All Inclusive or Half Board" holiday destinations Oriflame can take you to.
