REACHING YOUR DREAM OR GOALS
Oriflame is a business, your business and like all businesses they all have a plan.
Do you have a plan, of where you want your business to take you?
The system you use is not the one to blame when you do not get what you want from it, probably because you didn't do enough quality actions to achieve success or the goal you were aiming for.
On average, most people spend 80% of their time taking actions that are worth 20% of what rewards they could achieve in that day. Around 3-5% of people actually spend time doing the other 20% (that most people do not like doing) of actions that bring them 80% of the rewards.
For example: In this business recruiting and training are the life blood of building our type of business, if you are not good at talking to people, practice until you are, or find another approach to the situation and work it. You will never succeed until you break away from what you have grow up to believe is correct.
This is a quality action. You are expanding not only what you are now capable of, you also grow the amount of people that you can now reach who will become potential customers or new consultants.
What are your goals? 
You may have a plan, how often do you refer to it to see "your road map" of where you are going and what you are wanting to achieve or get from it?
If your goal is to have quality cosmetics at a discounted price of 30%, all you have to do is collect orders from people to a minimum of ?110.00.
Congratulations, this is a success no matter how high or low it may seem, what counts is what you did and that you have now achieved it.
If you goal is to have a business with Oriflame that brings in ?2000 /month. What have you done to start getting those results?
Trainings, books, someone has probably done what you want to do already. If so how did they do it and how can I learn to do it from them, where else can I learn what is needed to succeed. Maybe books perhaps?
It is the type of questions you ask yourself the things you think about can either bring you closer or take you away from what you want. The only thing in life that is in your control is YOU.
